IT Project Manager

Permanent employee, Full-time · Belgrade

Your mission

Create product vision and roadmap, baseline, project scope and objectives, manage schedule and resource load while adopting agile methodologies
Foster effective communication and collaboration within project teams and stakeholders
Develop detailed work schedules, project estimates, resource plans, task prioritization, and status reports
Handle release, iteration, and daily plans
Coordinate and monitor project implementation while ensuring adherence to quality and company standards
Monitor project risks and issues, identifying potential roadblocks and developing and implementing mitigation strategies
Facilitate project meetings, including status meetings, project reviews, and change control meetings.
Support leadership to coordinate and plan resources to execute project plans accordingly
Communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them
Ensure smooth closure of projects upon completion, reviewing success criteria, deliverables, and acceptance with the stakeholders

Your profile

Several years of experience in IT Project management
Work diligently to keep projects on track, in scope, and within basic guidelines
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while respecting the deadlines
Experience with recognized project management methodologies including Agile and Dev Ops, work breakdown structures, risk/ issue management, resource loading, project monitoring and controlling, and quality assurance
Ability to convey technical concepts that satisfy project delivery and business requirements
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Experience with Cloud technologies (specifically AWS) is a huge plus
Customer obsession
Strong interpersonal skills: open-minded, team player, result-oriented, motivated to work in an international and intercultural environment
Passion for AWS and serverless technologies
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, in both technical and business contexts
